Please note that we reserve the right to carry out a credit check with Creditreform Boniversum GmbH when purchasing on account.   After completing the order, you will be forwarded to PayPal and can complete the payment process with a few clicks. Your account will be debited when your order is shipped.

Shipment

We send every order as an insured package with our logistics partner DHL Paket.

We charge a shipping and service fee for all deliveries:

• We deliver in Germany postage and packaging free of charge from an order value of 25 €!
• Below an order value of €25, we charge €2.50 for shipping costs.
• The shipping costs abroad depend on the delivery address and the weight of your goods. The actual shipping costs can therefore only be determined at the end of your order.

You can have your package sent to you at home or to a different delivery address within our delivery countries. Alternatively, we deliver your desired items in Germany and Austria to a Packstation or one post office.

If you are not at home when your parcel is delivered, you will be informed by the parcel service. It is possible that the postman has left your package with a neighbor or you can pick it up at the specified post office
