The argan oil quickly and easily turns any cold or warm dish into a gourmet dinner. Argan oil is also lovely on its own with bread.
But there are no limits to the imagination. It can be used to refine soups, meat, fish, aspic and terrines and gives a nutty touch to crispy salads or sweet desserts in the dressing.
It is advisable to only add argan oil at the end of a cooking process so that the aromas can develop ideally and to preserve the valuable ingredients of the argan oil.
It is also very suitable for marinades. Argan oil is also ideally complemented with honey in terms of taste.
